yes, but we seem to have crossed lines. I was not suggesting
renaming Distribution to Domain.

this is the same is Distribution. Domain was suggested as a
"producer" attribute. and would contain eg "DSTC", "Monash", etc.
thus domain.group provides hierarchical naming scheme, albeit
virutal.
