I think Jinx now uses more or less identical logic to psst and the patches
to XTickertape (bug #515). This can support keys used in any number of
ways (e.g. per-user, per-channel, per-orgunit, etc), which is a superset
of Aquatik's per-channel keys. I've been slack recently but I intend to
renew pressure on Michael to adopt the more flexible logic, unless anybody
can see any problems with it.
