Clearly the intention of the current presence and ticker specs have
slightly different meanings of `User'. In ticker it's particularly
informal and may be used as a lightweight way to convey some presence or
location information. In presence it's required to be a more formal unique
and consistent user identifier (and David has reasonably proposed that a
loose display name a la ticker should also be supported). Hence I suggest
that names that convey each meaning appropriately are chosen and used
consistently between the specs.
