Presence in eTiks and aquatik

Hi guys,

I've just been watching presence notifications bounce back and forth and
noticed that, apparently, eTiks and aquatik are being a little too
promiscuous with the Presence-Requests they reply to. Below is a log of the
case where a Sticker has decided that Ian, David and Clinton have been too
quiet and pings them with:

Presence-Request: "d5d405fe6ef6623"
Presence-Protocol: 1000
Requestor: "asenstoj at elvin"
Users: "|ilister at dstc|d at 0x1.org|croy at dstc|"
Groups: ""

The responses shown below come back, which include unrequested replies from
"rernst at boeing", "dudek" and Michael.

Michael/Martin, do eTiks and aquatik look at the Users field, or do they
just respond to any Presence-Request?
