need help re Web services for Elvin!

  size=2 face=Arial>Elvin<font
 size=2 face=Arial>

  font-family:Arial'>ActiveX<span
lang=EN-AU style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'> add-on (xe4) with C#. Connection
and generating notifications works fine. I need some help in receiving
notification and adding eventHandler for handling notifications. Can anyone
help? It would be very similar to C++/Java.
