i'd be reluctant to use the word MIME to describe components of a
structured attachment mechanism (with the possible exception of the
type field?) since it would not be at all compatible with genuine
MIME-encoded data.

but this is good -- it distinguishes the current mechanism.  naming
the field "MIME-Attachment" is reasonably concise, and yet (i think)
suitably unambiguous.
