For the record, I would like to make the controversial suggestion that
attribute names describe their content better e.g. Presence-Protocol
(which actually represents the version number of the protocol) would
perhaps be better as Presence-Protocol-Version, and Presence-Info (which
gives some kind of information about what caused this notification to be
sent) could perhaps be better changed to some sort of `Kind' attribute,
with values "initial", "update", "response", etc, or perhaps just
"partial" and "full". The matching of request to response could perhaps
better be done with the established standard Message-Id/In-Reply-To
attributes, as they seem to be more or less the same thing.
