Damn, and there I was trying to take the aggressive approach - forgot
about those who don't move and stay on the bleeding edge of the latest and
greatest standards and drafts ;-)

At least we're not actually *breaking* those without presence support,
they're just missing out on information there's no good way of
automatically presenting to them anyway.
