[ticker-dev] Ticker group "invitation" attachments

I should have remembered the legendary ticker 2001 ;)

It seems like the proposed format covers most of the obvious things suggested by that session, although a default timeout might be an option we like to add?

I forgot to include two things:

 * The subscription for "custom" group types should probably be in addition to a default sub that selects whatever the client can handle as a valid ticker/news message.

* Other client-specific fields should just use the X-Blah format. This would allow exchange of extra stuff, eg colour schemes, xtickertape auto-MIME etc.
